    Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 57" 7680x2160 super ultrawide (mini-LED)

So is that video of adjusting Max CLL static tone mapping and target peak luminance only for Cypherpunk 2077 or is that applied to other games aswell? What about Alan Wake 2 HDR? I really like the light source glowing effect in Cypberpunk from DTM active, it really pops! EDIT: Ahh man, i think...

Ok. So been testing back and forth with active tone mapping vs static in cyberpunk. Still find it difficult to determine a winner for me. But I think I will have to go with active tone mapping, because it seems to bring out brighter light sources yet keep good contrast. But I have to use these...

    14900K Is this normal Behaviour?

I found the limit of negative offset my cpu can take. Adaptive negative offset -0.12v will run perfect, -0.125 will not.

    14900K Is this normal Behaviour?

Your rite, i just played a bit more of cpu intensive games and temps went upto 81°C. But thats in a room with high ambient temps, its a bloody hot day today and I didnt have the A/C running in the room. So I am very satisfied with that result. I know if i run cinebench temps might skyrocket...

Got a question! Should I use HDR Tone Mapping active or Static when playing HDR games? I can't tell if I should enable it or not. Sure it makes the whole image brighter and somewhat seem more vibrant, but I am unsure if it washes out the image or not.

    Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 57" 7680x2160 super ultrawide (mini-LED)

It is a tough one to drive for sure! But I have successfully completed a few newer AAA games on this monitor with highest settings on my pc, but it more less required some form of tweaking to get running well and smooth enough @ native res. For example: Jedi Survivor Actually looks...

    Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 57" 7680x2160 super ultrawide (mini-LED)

So i got 5120x2160 working on the monitor. Works well, Blbut I feel like its too much space sacrificed on the sides. Is there a middle ground between 5120 and the native 7680 that I can try?

Just dropped adaptive offset to -0.09v. Temps are getting better. Hwinfo still says I am reaching 6Ghz, ingame reports constant 5.7ghz in Alan Wake 2. Max temps now mid-high 70s°C. Getting much better. Going to continue playing around. I havent even touched LLC yet, i think that may help...

    14900K Is this normal Behaviour?

Tbh i am not sure why i used it lol I just thought if i do use it, that it may automatically download and install all the chipset and motherboard etc drivers for me. Because when I was browsing the Z690 STRIX-E download page, there was so many different drivers, all with similar names n stuff...

    14900K Is this normal Behaviour?

Yes sorry forgot to update thread. Had to limit power 253W pl2/pl1 Added adaptive offset of -0.07v so far. UPDATED: Disabled HT Disabled intel enhanced turbo So far this results pretty good. Stable Max temps 84°C with most cores in the 70°C under gaming load. Stille gets to 5.7 most cores...
