Put a memory OC on that GRE to 2500mhz. Watch that thing become a raster monster. So far on two games I have saw a 20fps increase - RDR2 and Alan Wake 2 at 4k.
850w power supplies can be found for under $100. I would not use a 550w. 750w would work just fine as well. I would go with more than you need just in case you would like to upgrade your CPU in the future. The cost from a 650w to an 850w is pretty small...
I have the Thermalright Frozen Magic 360mm and I can honestly say its one of the quietest AIOs I have ever used. Keeps my 7800X3D in check and I was able to dial the pump down 1000rpm to make it completely silent. For $48.00, the price/performance is off the charts. I did not use the...
Like new, no noticeable coil whine, runs great, Mint condition and comes with Microcenter receipt. Need to pay taxes and have to cough up 2500 and don't feel like dipping in my savings.
Complete with box, adapter and GPU support. Nice smaller 4080 super with reasonable temps too!

Both are good choices regardless. The 7900XTX is a good buy at its current price especially when 4080S are kind of constrained and priced a little higher due to supply/demand. Good choice. Enjoy!
