Fair point, I liked most of the single player campaign in prior versions but each had some very agitating parts.. and with limited game time now I wanted to play with my friends.
Ah, I disable in game audio channels before ever playing :) Been doing that since before CS:S started tapering off.
Much better experience without any of that in any game.

I don't sprint at full speed but I do run. Because I do have limited time and by time I get to the ship selection panel its been 10 to 15 minutes and after a crash or two I'm almost out of time to play so I need to get back there quickly if I hope to do anything.
.1 was eh. I wandered around Orison as I had not been there yet. Soon as I got to spawning my ship usual crash lol. Will try .2 in a week or so if I have the time.
I have the Reverb G2 on my 1080Ti. Limiting yes but I am surprised how much I can tweak the settings in some games to enjoy it and still have a decent looking experience.
Yeah I like his quick runs. Especially if I am between real play periods in the game. Board Gamer is not bad as well but they are much longer and I find myself skipping through or just looking for Noob's succinct cuts lol.
Indeed you may very well be correct on that. And in another 480 pages we can laugh about it.
Though as another said they have no planned end just ongoing expansion. But will be be out of Alpha by then? :)
I don't mind reading or seeing fresh criticism for the game... if it comes, and they have certainly earned just about all of it. But the same few always griping about the same things does get a bit old at almost 480 pages. There was even a second thread made to discuss the issues and...
