Simulation speed is where there is mostly issues not so much fps.

Intel i9 14900k , 32 GB of ram, Nvidia RTX 4090, monitor resolution 3440x1440 (You would think it would be use my video card more but nooooooooo my cpu, though for this kind of game makes sense) and SSD drives.

I switched to Highrise City and so far it is pretty good.
Plus have 20 million population + now in one city. Yes the game is a ram hog but glad. Minimum is 16 GB. Recommended is 32 GB and you better believe it when it uses it!
