Not exactly. It is build for this specific card as the rear i/o is cut out for the ports on it. The board itself could be used as far as I know if someone wanted to do something a little custom.
agreed. My post was from 5 years ago and I hadn't had a slew of AM4 cpus yet. :D By now I've mastered taking heatsinks off without ripping CPUs out though. Mostly.
I can't see how the graphics card (or any PC component) could initiate the monitor OSD. I would lean toward the PCB on the monitor having a faulty component or sticky physical button.
