EVGA customer support is awesome. They sent me another link to purchase. I'm a EVGA fan for sure.

Unfortunately the data doesn't really back this. Too many other non-gaming and non-crypto markets competing for compute power now, and many which didn't even exist 3 years ago. Too much pent up demand. The "wait til crypto tanks & cheep GPU flood" crowd will unfortunately continue to find disappointment if that's what they're pinning their hopes on.
I agree with what you're saying but I still think there will be a market cycle/bubble - like if crypto pulls back hard/serious crash/correction on the value or eventually becomes too hard to get money in a pool for the mining scene w/ /10/20 series cards - the prices might still be inflated due to other shortages you've named but I don't think it'll be to this rate for all cards. I mean an average user isn't going to pay 3x+ over the msrp, I bet it'll go back down to ~1.25-1.7x for the 3 series cards (and I mean before a newer gen is out), you should then be able to get a 9/10/(hopefully 20 series) card for more reasonable price finally and that will probably fill a lot of needs making it a little easier for non-miners to maybe find 3 series cards. I mean it'd be one thing if 9/10 series were reasonable, but when I see 10/20 series cards going @ or above original msrp, and even 970 series going for 3x what they were ~last year, that really won't last.

With that said though, I don't think it'll be like before either where it's some instant crazy flood and the 3 series crashes too down to msrp/lower, the demand is still too high even removing the miners so I definitely agree with you. I mean right now if someone can earn $6-10+ per day per 10 series card they're sure as hell not selling for cheap and I really don't blame them.

Honestly, before this mining madness and shortage. I couldn't imagine paying over $300 for GPU for games. I was still running gtx 970 before I got my first 3000s series card. Actually, upgraded to Vega 56 got from Kyle's closet sale.
Now 30% above msrp is a deal, at almost $700 to $1k.
I never once thought I would get a 3090, yet I somehow ended up with two, now back to one...just learnt that you have to play this market fwiw. Still remember Sept 16th, innocently waiting with the 10% birthday coupon in my BB cart hoping to be done for the next 2 years after buying a single 3080 :)

In March I was waiting to use my BB Bday coupon. It just expired.

Lol man, my coupon came in October... I knew better but have been able to get stuff in the past pretty easily... This time - nope. I should have just got the 3090 but was stubborn wanting 70/80. I remember way back buying the 8800 GTX (top release at the time) near release date and should have just repeated the experience to make things easier than this craziness.

If I win a 3090 in shuffle Ill put it up here for someone to grab.
I have plenty of cards and cant afford a 3090

I think by 5 pm EST. If you have not been notified as being selected. You are rejected. I wouldn't even bother checking email after 5 pm.

When I was selected I got email just after 2pm PST. Usually get rejection 6:30pm unless they are tricky and do shuffle early like today

I bought a prebuilt with 3080 from both places. 4 days apart.
Ibuypower is shipping it today or tomorrow. Tracking created this morning.
Cyberpower still says June 28th.

Tell us what brand the GPUs are and what the build quality is like. Both companies have the reputation of great prices but bad build quality (wires everywhere, loose screws, even backwards fans) The rumor is that the two companies are each run by brothers.

I havent received either system yet.
BUT...I did buy a Cyberpower from BB 10 days ago and it runs like it should.
Fans properly installed and XMP even enabled on the ram.
It came with EVGA 3060 XC.

**Pics if interested++

Its in the garage with a 6800 in it on side mining.
The 3060 is small enough that its in my Dell mining
And the Overheating G-byte 3080 is in my NR200 build

And yeah I heard the same story of competition and they share the same warehouse I believe.
I know they are close by as is Newegg and I got a 6800 from nwxt door also from Roguecast from Baldwin Park also.
Its like the Cyber City there

When I called Ibuypower Monday they told me I have a Asus TUF 3080 in my system, I forgot about that.
Cyberpower isnt as good with returning emails or answering the phone

Thanks for the heads up, unfortunately I got the grey box of failure "please wait...." but it's always exciting to at least see a yellow button to click on, Haha

What's everyone using for notifications now? Or are bots the only way?

I was finally able to add a 3070FE and 3080FE to cart, but nothing within 250 miles of 55113. F me!!!!!

Wow it said add to cart but then never worked. Good thing I stopped caring months ago and have just stopped playing PC games. Well off to go play frisbee golf!
