"Still, the most interesting part of the leak is Warhol. Judging on how the block diagrams are placed the series would appear in the middle of 2021. AMD Warhol could either be a Vermeer Refresh or an ‘interim’ series for AM4 to AM5 socket transition.

Van Gogh’s successor has not yet been named, but we do know that AMD is now borrowing architecture names from famous painters. Thus, Van Gogh successor should be a painter with the last name starting with D (It’s not Da Vinci – we asked).

It has also been confirmed that the first Navi2-based APUs are to be expected in 2021. Although Cezanne will still rely on Vega graphics, Van Gogh is set to be the first APU series featuring Navi. Their successors coming in 2022 are all expected to feature Navi as well, as indicated by the letter N in the diagrams.

AMD might reveal more details on their future Ryzen series during Vermeer launch later this year."

Based on fragments by @MebiuW, 3DCenter forums user 'eccle' re-created this AMD roadmap ... which also include data for former CPUs, as well for Lucienne & Raphael.

Please keep in mind: That is NOT an official roadmap - just created within AMD's style.

An earlier report before Warhol was leaked

Expreview gathered all the available details and rumors on the upcoming AMD Ryzen APUs.

AMD Van Gogh (Zen2 + RDNA)

Expreview speculates that Van Gogh would be AMD’s ultra-low-power APU design. This means 9W TDP designs for embedded systems and ultra-thin mobile devices. That said, Van Gogh appears to be AMD’s counterpart to Intel’s Y-series.

Renoir will be eventually succeeded by Cezanne, which will employ a Zen 3+GCN architecture across notebooks and desktop. This means one more generation of Vega APUs before we get to see Navi.

Rembrandt will be the first generation to use an RDNA iGPU alongside the Zen 3 CPU and will also support next gen I/O technologies such as USB4, DDR5/LPDDR5 RAM, and possibly two PCIe Gen4 devices simultaneously

I'm confused - I thought that Cezanne was intended to compete with Tiger Lake. Don't they still support 15w?

Edit: I see, Y-series.Surprised they wouldn't just use the same IGP as Cezanne , but lower clocks?

new information about “Rembrandt” comes from an update from @patrickschur, claiming that “Rembrandt” would support DDR5-4800 and LPDDR5-6400 memory, USB 4.0, and PCIe 4.0. According to his latest tweet, the Ryzen 6000 APUs will come with 20x PCIe lanes, 2x USB 4.0 ports (40Gbps) and support DDR5-5200 memory.

Considering the addition of DDR5 memory support, AMD will probably introduce a new socket with “Rembrandt”. These APUs should come with a TDP similar to the current “Renoir” APUs (45-65W) and will probably be divided into the Ryzen 6000H series (mobile) and the Ryzen 6000G (desktop) series.

Additionally, @MebiuW also revealed the “Rembrandt” architecture in an AMD roadmap. Besides confirming details from other sources, it is also suggested that “Rembrandt” will feature Navi 2 integrated graphics and it will be based on the 6nm process node, which might seem odd.

According to the most recent rumors, AMD will adopt two architectures for its next-generation Ryzen 5000U series.

the Ryzen 5000U series would allegedly feature both Cezanne (Zen3) and Lucienne (Zen2) processors in the lineup. According to the rumors they would be offered alternately, where for instance, Ryzen 7 5800U would use Zen3 core design, but 5700U would rely on Zen2.

According to an Igor's Lab the report, Lucienne is an exclusive APU for Google. It would feature the same core architecture as Renoir – Zen2.

The news about Lucienne being a refresh of Renoir actually does make sense, because the codename refers to the illegitimate daughter of Pierre-Auguste Renoir.

Did I miss something or is 7nm+ being rebranded to 6nm? Or does that have more to do with Samsung's fab? Some of these should be 7nm+

All these leaks are great and all, I greatly look forward to wide spread PCIE4 and DDR5 will be fun. Makes me wonder if I should try to scrounge another year out of some of my workstations and wait for a Threadripper with DDR5.

This whole naming structure is very confusing. Will we see desktop APU's for Zen3? Or are they going to be put in laptops only?
