I'm looking to upgrade my 24" 16:10 samsung monitor that is a few years old to a 4K model around 40". I've been reading through the forums and I'm not really sure if there is anything out that suits my needs.
I want to use the monitor for general browsing/productivity,videos and some trading work, no gaming. Being a TV is a plus because of the tuner, but not at the expense of being a good pc monitor. I would prefer a semi-matte or matte screen to glossy.
I've read that the Phillips and the Samsung models have PWM which can cause eyestrain, and the Sony W830 doesn't support 4:4:4 for crisp text. Is there anything else that I am missing, or would I be better off waiting?
Edit: my video card is an EVGA GTX 750ti
