What is causing this!?!?!

OK... im actually stumped here im gonna guess its my video card BUT, im able to play Mass Effect 2 for hours, it only seems to happen in WOW, but then again i can play WOW for hours and it doesnt happen either. Earlier today i put wow on and just left it for about 5 hours, nothing happened. I thought maybe a heat problem so i have been monitoring the heat, rarely does it pass 65C. (in ME2) I downloaded FURMARK, card got up to about 80C max and i had no issues.

Then i started thinking it might be something else like memory, i ran Memtest overnight... 9 full passes and 0 errors. Ive even reinstalled windows, updated bios, have all the latest drivers for everything

HALP?! what do people think this might be? (sorry for the shitty pictures i took them from my blackberry)

EDIT: I have nothing overclocked (everything is back at stock..had my 920 at the 3.6 stable for a while and my 260 ive never overclocked).... im running prime right now... but i dont think this is the issue....

looks like it was the Nvidia drivers that fried it... 196.75 drivers i guess people are reporting fan failures soooo

good thing i just got it and was able to return it
