I know what your saying there but I'd personally just rather not risk it for the time being.
*side note*
updated sig, and 1 stick of ram is going to need to be replaced. Bah at the bad luck with that set of ram and frequency of one stick being bad outta the pair.
Hmm I don't really know as far as the *cuda's but with reading that something catches on fire I'd rather not try them out at all. That's a plus your hdd's are running cool and off about your second wd hdd. I run a 120mm fan pulling air onto mine so I'm hoping that'll negate any heating...
Well as for the cuda I went and read some reviews on certain places and say some people had them "literally" catch on fire so I'd rather not bother with um =P. Just got all the parts today but cant build it until friday... stupid school work and work. Will reply with how the build goes.

still gunna stay away from biostar though since I've had friends with biostar motherboards that failed horribly.
I'll have to go for the seagate *cuta then I suppose since two have recommended it now. I'm a fan of WD but I've also had good luck with seagate hard drives and with the $5 diff why not.
I was thinking about possibly upgrading to a 19" or 22" but that wouldn't be for awhile.
Also I would...
I don't like to oc due to the fact that it tends to kill the life of components and I tend to run things until they die.
I'll have to go for the corsair 520W. I had thought that the bios would be an issue with newer games though I'd just have to flash them to the newest. I might be wrong...
1) What are you planning to do with this PC?
I plan to use this pc for gaming,(cs: source, hl2, cod2, bf2, bf2:sf, etc) as well as for school work (excel, word, c programming, etc)
2) Do I have a budget and does it include tax and shipping?
I don't have a budget right now but the parts...
works now... my thinking on the wan port was that it should have the incoming packets go to the WAN port on the wireless router but meh it's been awhile for me messing with this stuff. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it. Only crappy part now is wireless is really really slow =P

i meant more towards issues of power supply demands and space seeing as I'm not sure if it can take a full atx psu or not.

I'm not to much of a fan of hacking up cases so I'll most likely not be modifying it to allow for sliding of the tray.
Hello I am currently planning a sff gaming setup but am not sure if i'm able to get the power mostlikely needed. I don't know what kinda of psu's are compatible with the space issues. Also is this a good setup or can anyone find bottlenecks?

first of all nobi I posted all needed information in my first post, with a link to my mobo, and describing my issue with the current agp card in my rig.
If I had a lot more money at the momment I would be getting a 7800gs but past that i'm stuck getting a 5700ve or a 6200. With the reviews...
My current ati radeon 9200se has been taking a dump lately and I wanted to either do a replacement card or start saving for a pci-e system(would take about 6 to 9 months to get the money. I have $74 at the momment and wanted to get a replacement but the cards that are 2x/4x wouldn't really meet...
maybe your rig is heating up to much during play? Have you changed the setup of the cooling at all since you last played F.E.A.R. ? Also with your OC of your vid card etc did you compinsate with more cooling to counter the extra heat that may be produced? You could also try unseating and...
Hello I am currently in the market for a KVM (keyboard video mouse) switch since I have recently been told I need to find a way to put my tower on my mothers setup instead of having my own desk, (after returning from college for the summer). I immediately thought kvm switch but am not sure what...
HaHa ya sadly I still am on a 9200 se still but might end up getting an upgrade next year if I can pool the money after getting my tuition paid. Well either an upgrade of my current desktop or a complete sff build mirror build of the one I'm making for my friend next year.
I got the wallpaper...
the tech just isn't fully supported yet for laptops to really be upgradeable besides ram, hard drive, and battery. Past those small upgrades they will remain the same.
the ppu is available to the customer now but I highly doubt there would really be any point to getting it since there is no use for it now.

ya, seems as though it was physically attacked.
The thing is though that when I reset it and did all of my changes the thing still drops wired or wireless connection. Things a peice of junk, and smc networks fireware page for this router is a mess with no telligible version to use.
Actually "admin stuff" as you state it can be managed remotely. Design of networks can be done anywhere, and implementation can either be done with local systems administratiors or workers can be shipped in.
To true AMD, good luck eh.
I'm going through the Computer Systems Science degree at the college I choose and will be doing a decent amount of network management, programming, team management etc. One thing to look out for though is that many companies are outsourceing their IT to foreign...
Yes I changes the default to an abscure password. Numbers letters and wildcards, and with the linksys wrt54gx4 its on the exspensive side being $130. Are they stable or do they tend to junk out as most routers do?
How much and from what company?

I currently have a solid netgear router on my home network witch I would like to setup a wireless acess to for my sisters laptop and mine. I do have a smc technologies wireless router but it has recently been cracked while being on my schools network. I had WPA-PSK with TKIP and an abscure key...
definitely go with the sybex book, it's the best study guide out there for the ccna, I've purchased the very same 5th edition book that you listed and it coveres things well. I had gone through a full year of cisco networking academy at my highschool but ended up not going for my certification...
When you say delploy i'm assuming the military, but will you be able to take the system with you or will you be to mobile to set it up? As well as will there be a power source available.
